Aged Care At Home With Support At Home Funding

Circle Home Care is a fully accredited and government-approved Support At Home care provider. We're providing support to individuals and families with in-home aged care services with government-funded home care packages, and are transferring our clients to the new Support at Home program.

What Is the Support at Home Program?

The Support at Home program is the Australian Government’s new aged care initiative, replacing the Home Care Package program from 1st November 2025. It’s designed to make it easier for older Australians to stay independent, safe and supported in their own homes.

Under the program, funding is allocated based on your assessed needs, allowing you to access a broad range of services — from personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation to nursing, allied health, home maintenance, and social support.

At Circle Home Care, we deliver all core Support at Home services and partner with trusted local health professionals to provide integrated, high-quality care. Your funding can be used flexibly across services to suit your goals, preferences and changing needs.
